The floating dock at Drammen Yard is 175 X 24 meters, capacity: 8500 tons.

Drammen Yard is also experienced in up-scaling projects. Ships of panamax size are serviced at the 290 X 39 meters dry dock in Fredrikstad.

Depending on the type of contract, facilities both in the towns of Fredrikstad and Haugesund have been used. Drammen Yard will deploy key staff to the appropriate site and establish cooperation with local vendors.

In this way Drammen Yard has been able to meet a large variety of client requirements.

As drawings take shape, assessments are made on the risk of pollution. Will there be situations hazardous to the workforce and what precautionary measures must be taken.

Drammen Yard is equipped to manage containment leaks of oil and chemicals. We prepare all necessary arrangements to ensure a safe working environment, no matter which part of the vessel needs repairs. A thorough report on HSE is a central part of any task at Drammen Yard.
